Dieses native Öl extra wird aus den 5 Olivensorten der Fattoria Lucciano in Civita Castellana gewonnen: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Pendolino, Maurino.
Das Öl hat ein reiches, wechselndes Aroma und eine Farbe, die zwischen grünen und gelben Tönen schwankt.
Es ist ein dichtes, gut strukturiertes Öl, das lange haltbar ist, ohne seinen Geschmack und sein Aroma zu verändern. Ein weiches Öl, das gut zu delikaten Gerichten passt.

Zusatzliche Informationen
Die Oliven werden in den ersten Oktobertagen von Hand geerntet. Das Bio-Olivenöl wird innerhalb von 4 Stunden nach der Ernte aus steingemahlenen und kalt gepressten Oliven hergestellt. Danach wird es in perfekt gefüllte Edelstahlbehälter umgefüllt, um Oxidation zu vermeiden. Nach einigen Tagen wird unser Öl nach der Entnahme von Proben, die das Zertifikat der g.U. (DOP) bestätigen, in Flaschen abgefüllt.
Das native Olivenöl extra der Fattoria Lucciano ist Ausdruck einer landwirtschaftlichen Praxis, die im Einklang mit der Umwelt und den Menschen steht.
